Before Purchasing AdultSiteCMS, you must read and agree to the following:

I understand that I must have a hosting environment (VPS or Dedicated Server) and a domain pointing to that server which meets the requirements of AdultsiteCMS. See our requirements for more information.
AdultsiteCMS is a CMS which uses WordPress and includes WordPress which is open under the GPL license rules. AdultsiteCMS also contains custom scripts located in the /tour folder which are copyright protected and I will not distribute or sell any of the custom scripts or content contained in the folder.
If I wish to have AdultsiteCMS installed for me, I will provide FTP or SSH access and access to a MySQL database (to create a database for the program).
There is no cost for installing AdultsiteCMS for the first domain license purchased, each additional domain will cost $50 per domain to install (if you purchased an unlimited license.)

AdultsiteCMS 4.0 is built upon WordPress and the /members folder is running 100% WordPress, which means that you can simply insert current WordPress compatible plugns into the members area. However, if you with to have THIRD PARTY PLUGINS work in the TOUR you CANNOT simply enable them. You must be able to edit the code of the tour in order to make them work.

The owners and operators of AdultsiteCMS are selling you a license of AdultsiteCMS. This license includes unlimited support, limited ONLY to errors or bugs found in the software. The license DOES NOT include training or aid in any way related to customizing of the CMS, the installation of third-party plugins, creating custom design of the tour or member areas or any other parts of the CMS. We do offer additional training and customizing if required at $100 per hour (paid in 15 minute increments.) We require at least 1-2 weeks notice before starting any work and a minimum of $100.00.
